What should a CV include?

A strong CV usually includes contact details, a short profile, work experience, education, and relevant skills. You can add extra sections like projects, achievements, languages, or certificates when they strengthen your application.

Which order should I use?

Use reverse chronological order for experience and education, with your most recent role or study first.

Can I build a CV without an account?

Yes. You can create and preview your CV without an account. Signing in is optional and helps with account features.

Can I switch CV templates later?

Yes. You can fill your CV once and switch between templates without rewriting your content.

Will changing templates delete my CV?

No. Your CV content stays the same. Only the layout changes.

Are the templates ATS-friendly?

Appliora includes clean, readable templates designed for modern applications and automated screening systems.

Why do templates look different in preview?

Each template uses the same CV content but presents it with a different layout, spacing, and visual style.

How does the AI cover letter generator work?

Appliora uses your job title, company name, job description, selected tone, and CV details when available to create an editable first draft.

Can I edit the AI cover letter?

Yes. You can edit every sentence before copying, downloading, or exporting the letter.

Can I copy the cover letter text?

Yes. You can copy the text and paste it into an email, LinkedIn message, or job application form.

Can I download the cover letter as a template?

Yes. You can preview the letter in a clean professional layout and download it as part of Pro access.

Can the cover letter match my CV?

Yes. When CV details are available, Appliora can help create a cover letter that matches your experience, target role, and application style.

Does the AI invent experience?

It should not. Appliora only uses details from your CV and the job description. You should always review the final text before sending.

Which languages are supported?

Your CV can be written in 20 languages: English, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Hungarian, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Turkish and Arabic. Arabic is laid out right to left. The AI cover letter generator drafts in the same 20, or it can auto-detect the language from the job post. The site interface itself is available in English, Polish and Czech.

Your CV stays with you

Will my CV be saved?

Appliora saves your CV automatically in your current browser when browser storage is available. For best results, use the same browser and device when returning later.

Can I access my CV on another device?

Yes, once you sign in. CVs you save while signed in are stored in your Appliora account, so signing in on another device brings them with you. Without an account a CV stays in the browser that created it.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Open Sign in, enter your account email, choose Forgot password, and follow the reset code instructions. If you use Google sign-in, choose Continue with Google instead.

Is Appliora free?

You can create, edit, and preview your CV for free. Payment is required for PDF downloads and premium features.

What happens after 7 days?

Your subscription renews at the plan rate shown at checkout unless you cancel before renewal.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.

How does PDF export work?

Fill in your details and preview your CV live. When you are ready, use Review & export or Download PDF. Full access unlocks the final download.

Can I preview before paying?

Yes. You can preview your CV before downloading so you know what you are creating.

Is my CV private?

Your CV is not sent to employers or recruiters by Appliora. You control where you send it.

Where is my CV stored?

Signed out, your CV is saved in the browser you are working in, when local storage is available. Signed in, your CVs are stored in your Appliora account as well, so they follow you to another browser or device.

Do I need to upload personal documents?

No. You can create your CV by entering the information you want to include.

Troubleshooting

If something looks off

My PDF does not look right. What should I do?

Check that your sections are not too long, try a more compact template, or adjust spacing by shortening long text blocks.

I cannot find my saved CV. What happened?

Your CV may be stored in the browser you used to create it. Try returning with the same device and browser.

The page is not working correctly. What can I try?

Refresh the page, check your internet connection, disable aggressive browser extensions, or try another browser.
